speaks about her experience of the Somatic Art Therapy Conscious Intimacy Retreat
At the Sacred Resilience Collective, we create trauma-informed, deeply held retreat spaces for those navigating sexual shame, relational pain, emotional overwhelm, attachment wounds, heartbreak, loneliness, boundary collapse, and the longing for a more truthful life.
Our professionals often complete an Intensive Training in Sexual-Trauma Healing in addition to their existing depth of therapy, coaching and medical practices.
We design these spaces keeping you in mind. You can be accomplished, self-aware, spiritual, and still feel lost in love, sex, and connection.
Maybe you:
- want healing that is both psychologically rigorous and spiritually meaningful
- struggle to trust yourself in relationships
- keep repeating painful attachment patterns
- carry sexual shame or confusion in silence
- feel emotionally shut down, guarded, or “too much”
- long for deeper intimacy but fear what it asks of you
- over-function, over-give, or lose yourself in connection
These in-depth healing experiences span 3 days, 5 days and 7 days in different variations.
We have hosted retreats in India, the US, Thailand, Germany and the UAE.
You do not have to be a practicing psychotherapist or healer to join in, nor do you have to be in a relationship.
All gender identities and relationship styles are most welcome to our retreats.

experiences, transformations & feedback

“By the end of the three days, I felt lighter, not because everything was ‘fixed,’ but because I finally understood that healing is not about erasing the past, it’s about coming home to yourself and managing that feeling consistently. “
– S, Psychologist, Mumbai

“Before attending I had spent years avoiding my body. I could talk about my trauma, but I couldn’t feel safe inhabiting it.
During the retreat, something shifted gently, but profoundly. The way Neha and her team guided us through body awareness, boundary work, and emotional release helped me reconnect with sensations I had shut down for years. It was a lot and it was worth it.”
– A, Tech Founder, Malaysia

b, writer
“There was no pressure to share or perform healing like we see all around us these days. Everything happened at my own pace.
There’s no stunts and antics here in her spaces. It’s pure power of community, and depth-based, honest inner work.“
– M, writer, Chicago

N, digital marketeer
“I cried, I laughed, I shook and for the first time, it felt like my body was allowed to tell its story. The facilitators held space with such care that I never felt alone, even in my hardest moments.”
Just go for it, seriously. It is life changing to be held so deeply.”
– N, Digital Marketeer, Bengaluru
If you’re ready to step into a space that is calm, intelligent, and deeply held — this work may be for you.

What exactly is Sex Therapy in This Retreat?
Sex therapy in the context of this retreat is a therapeutic, educational, and embodied healing process focused on understanding your relationship with sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, boundaries, trauma, and the nervous system. It’s about going deep within our own personal journeys as couples and single people to understand our own patterns through art, movement, yoga and creative nature-based tools.
It does NOT involve any sexual activity between participants, nor between participants and facilitators.
Kindly do not associate us with any illegal or illicit activities at all. We do ask participants to leave the retreat without any refunds if any such activities are suggested.
