Welcome
Neha and her team of professionals at Sacred Resilience hosts in-depth healing experiences in the form of:
– in-person retreats
– in-person and digital masterclasses and workshops
This is sacred service work for us. We stand for depth-based understanding of topics and advocate for healing as liberation from wounds. We have welcomed therapists, doctors, coaches and alternative healing professionals, offering inner work enthusiasts all over the world opportunities to network, dialogue, heal and learn freedom from trauma narratives together.
We have hosted retreats in India, the US, Thailand, Germany and the UAE.
You do not have to be a practicing psychotherapist or healer to join in.
All gender identities are most welcome, unless a retreat is designed for a specific gender identity.

Some of the Deepest Participant Reflections of Neha’s Retreats:
“By the end of the three days, I felt lighter, not because everything was ‘fixed,’ but because I finally understood that healing is not about erasing the past, it’s about coming home to yourself and managing that feeling consistently. This retreat helped me begin that homecoming. I left Goa with a sense of peace, and a deep gratitude for the community that witnessed me so tenderly.”

“Before attending I had spent years avoiding my body.
I could talk about my trauma, but I couldn’t feel safe inhabiting it.
During the retreat, something shifted gently, but profoundly. The way Neha and her team guided us through body awareness, boundary work, and emotional release helped me reconnect with sensations I had shut down for years.
It was a lot and it was worth it.”
2023 Participant, Tech Entrepreneur
“There was no pressure to share or perform healing like we see all around us these days. Everything happened at my own pace.
There’s no stunts and antics here in her spaces. It’s pure power of community, and depth-based, honest inner work.
I cried, I laughed, I shook and for the first time, it felt like my body was allowed to tell its story. The facilitators held space with such care that I never felt alone, even in my hardest moments.”

What exactly is Sex Therapy in This Retreat?

Sex therapy in the context of this retreat is a therapeutic, educational, and embodied healing process focused on understanding your relationship with sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, boundaries, trauma, and the nervous system.
It’s about going deep within our own personal journeys as couples and single people to understand our own patterns through art, movement, yoga and creative nature-based tools.
It does NOT involve any sexual activity between participants, nor between participants and facilitators.
Kindly do not associate us with any illegal or illicit activities at all. We do ask participants to leave the retreat without any refunds if any such activities are suggested.
There is no nudity, no sexual touch, and no partner-based sexual practices of any kind.
Instead, our work involves:
• Guided reflections on your personal history with intimacy and desire
• Somatic and breath-based practices for grounding and emotional regulation
• Psychoeducation about sexual health, attachment, trauma, and pleasure
• Consent and boundaries work in the Indian context
• Internal exploration of shame, repression, conditioning, and patterns
• Facilitated group conversations in a safe, confidential environment
Sex therapy here is about healing, clarity, wholeness, and inner permission, not about performing or engaging in sexual acts.
Concrete Healing Methods we apply:
Somatic Icebreakers:
Setting the intention for the work and creating a safe, supportive environment for participants.
Educational Sessions:
Interactive discussions and presentations exploring key concepts of conscious sexuality and emotional blocks to deep intimacy.
Experiential Exercises from Eastern Inner Work Lineages of Seeking:
Guided exercises and activities to practice mindfulness, emotional release, and connecting with others in a conscious and authentic way.
Reflection and Integration through the arts:
Group reflections, sharing insights, and discussing practical applications of inner uncoverings.
Closing Ceremony:
A closing ritual to honor the journey of exploration and integration, and setting intentions for continued growth.
This retreat is a completely safe, non-sexual therapeutic space, designed to help you connect to your body and your truth without pressure, performance, or expectation.
We do not say yes to all applicants, we have a filtering process in-place to ensure our community remains a safe and intentional space.
So if you’d like to apply, kindly explain your intentions of being here with clarity in your application.
Thank you!
