sacred resilience trainings
Sacred Resilience Trainings were created by Neha Bhat for individuals who wish to move beyond performative wellness culture and into more mature, psychologically informed, and ethically responsible healing work, especially while working with and navigating taboo topics. These trainings were created in response to a growing need for psychologically rigorous, ethically grounded, culturally relevant trauma education in India and the Global South.
Blending expressive arts therapies, somatic psychology, trauma studies, attachment theory, erotic intelligence, relational neuroscience, and depth-oriented clinical practice, Sacred Resilience Trainings aim to cultivate practitioners capable of holding complexity, intimacy, grief, shame, and embodied healing with integrity and skill.

- understand trauma beyond diagnostic language
- integrate embodiment with clinical knowledge

Reflections from some of our graduates in the US, in Mexico, in Singapore, Malaysia and India of the Sexual Trauma Healer’s Course:
“Sacred Resilience reinforced the power of communal spaces to hold our curiosity, creativity, and complexities. It showed me that repair is possible—in ways that honour our boundaries and our expansiveness.”
Simran N Chandnani, Intimacy Coach
“This isn’t just professional training, it’s a personal reclamation. I walked away with new tools, yes, but also with a deeper sense of belonging in my own body.”
Tulsi Mehrotra Menon, Somatic Healer & Anthropologist
“The R&R course deepened my understanding of the body not only as a vessel that holds trauma, but also as a powerful site for healing and reconnection. It has enriched my ability to integrate somatic approaches into my work, creating a space where clients can gently reconnect with their own resilience.”
Kanupriya Mody, Art Therapist
“It’s rare to find a training that honours both complexity and tenderness. This course met me exactly where I was, and expanded my capacity to work with intimacy, safety, and pleasure in the therapy room.”
Titir Dewan, Psychotherapist

“Emotional energy when channeled positively is creative power.
Every day, from my therapy desk, I see that sexuality has been repressed in the larger Indian context.
Part of my life’s work is to help people normalize their sexual and creative expression in relation to their personal power, to heal from sexual shame and expand their understanding of sexual trauma.“
