Sacred Resilience Psychotherapy® is Neha’s signature, certified model for trauma healing and community transformation- a depth-oriented, culturally rooted, and body-centered approach to restoring wholeness after rupture.
The Sexual Healer’s Collective is a global group of healers trained by Neha in this model, serving the specific healing needs of sexual trauma survivors.
Our healers come from diverse professions- from practicing medical professionals, to alternative healing practitioners, art therapists to depth-astrologers: the community is holistic, and the reach is deep.

Meet the 2025 Participants of the Restoration & Resilience Certification in Sexual Trauma Healing offered via the Sacred Resilience Collective
so, what do we do here, exactly?

Of the body as sanctuary, of the spirit as compass, and of the truth that even in our most tender places, we are whole, we are wise, we are unbroken.
Mixed Media on Canvas – Painting by Neha
This is more than a professional network. It’s a heart-rooted space curated by Neha Bhat where therapists, coaches, social workers, and alternative wellness professionals (like sound healers and massage therapists) can train to support survivors and navigate sexual-emotional healing.
Practitioner Certification & Training Program
Neha runs a 16-week intensive, weekly 3-hour training (around April to August annually). The curriculum covers foundational sexual trauma therapy frameworks, somatic approaches, intervention design, couple and family therapy, and even clinician entrepreneurship. Participants gain clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing membership in a lifelong collective.

Deep Healing Spaces & Community Sanctuary
Beyond certification, the Collective supports immersive, in-depth healing through retreats, masterclasses, and intimate healing circles that blend psychotherapy, spirituality, and creative embodiment.
The trained healing professionals form a living collective of trauma-informed professionals, guided and mentored by Neha, who carry this work into their own communities. Together, they weave personal and collective resilience, creating spaces where repair, reconnection, and transformation from the rot of repressal can take root.
what are the roots of this model?
Sacred Resilience Psychotherapy® emerged as a bridge between two worlds, grounded in clinical depth, enriched by spiritual and cultural roots.
This integrative therapy model grew out of Neha’s own search for a truly integrative healing framework. Her first Master’s in India felt deeply spiritual and connected to embodied wisdom, but lacked the clinical rigor needed for complex trauma work.
Her second Master’s in the United States offered that rigor, but felt too Eurocentric, divorced from the cultural and ancestral practices that make healing feel whole.
what does the model practice?
Grounded in over a decade of Neha’s clinical practice and enriched by teachings from diverse wisdom traditions, the model weaves together:
- Somatic attunement to gently release trauma stored in the nervous system.
- Expressive and creative practices to give voice to what words cannot hold.
- Relational depth work to reclaim trust, intimacy, and inner authority.
- Cultural and intergenerational awareness to address inherited wounds and contextual realities.
Sacred Resilience Therapy is a living process that meets each person where they are, tending to the fractures of the psyche while strengthening the roots of selfhood.
Born at the intersection of somatic therapy, expressive arts, relational depth work, and decolonial frameworks, Sacred Resilience Therapy invites individuals to meet their pain with reverence, curiosity, and embodied courage.
It honours the intelligence of the body, the complexity of personal and collective histories, and the profound capacity of the human spirit to repair.
Through this work, clients learn not only to survive the aftermath of trauma, but to inhabit their bodies, relationships, and inner life with renewed vitality, clarity, and purpose.

Reflections from some of our graduates of the Sexual Trauma Healer’s Course:
“Sacred Resilience reinforced the power of communal spaces to hold our curiosity, creativity, and complexities. It showed me that repair is possible—in ways that honour our boundaries and our expansiveness.”
Simran N Chandnani, Intimacy Coach
“This isn’t just professional training, it’s a personal reclamation. I walked away with new tools, yes, but also with a deeper sense of belonging in my own body.”
Tulsi Mehrotra Menon, Somatic Healer & Anthropologist
“The R&R course deepened my understanding of the body not only as a vessel that holds trauma, but also as a powerful site for healing and reconnection. It has enriched my ability to integrate somatic approaches into my work, creating a space where clients can gently reconnect with their own resilience.”
Disha Duggal, Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner
“Sacred Resilience gave me a creative and curious space to explore both the clinical and the soulful sides of trauma healing. It taught me how to meet my clients in the wholeness of their being.”
Dr. Vidhya Nair, Holistic Psychologist
“It’s rare to find a training that honours both complexity and tenderness. This course met me exactly where I was, and expanded my capacity to work with intimacy, safety, and pleasure in the therapy room.”
Titir Dewan, Psychotherapist
