Meet the 2025 Chapter of the Sacred Resilience Healer’s collective

We are a circle of guides, therapists, coaches, healers, bodyworkers, storytellers, educators, woven together by the threads of trauma wisdom, walking beside those who choose to heal.
Disha Duggal – Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner

I’m Disha, a trained expressive arts therapy practitioner who supports adults in healing emotional wounds and integrating them into a more embodied, creative life.
Creativity is a powerful companion that can lead us home to ourselves. I believe that all humans are artists, and much of my work involves guiding people through layers of shame to reconnect with their creative selves. This helps them shape their lives, choices, and relationships with more clarity, care, and self-trust.
My practice brings together creative arts with somatic (body-based) and trauma-informed approaches. This might include drawing, movement, or storytelling to explore emotions that feel hard to name, or using nervous system tools to ease anxiety, shame, or creative blocks. I’m especially drawn to the spaces where art, memory, the body, and intimacy meet. You won’t find rigid diagnoses here.
I work from a neurodiversity-affirming, relational lens that honors your pace and complexity. Outside of sessions, I’m a hula hoop artist, illustrator, bookworm, and lover of late-afternoon sun.

Eisha Chopra – Coach

My practice is called The Holding Space, where I support and hold space to move people out of the timelines which no longer serve them.
As a coach, I practice a person-centered, trauma informed approach using modalities like Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mirror Work, Somatic Exploration and Inner Child Healing, using principles of Gestalt Psychology.
These tools rely on the inherent wisdom of the body, approach all emotions with radical non-judgement while never underestimating the brilliance and potential of the cognitive mind. My personal practice is psychospiritual in nature, and I explore the interplay between the psychological and spiritual aspects of the human experience, so we can live in integration in and with all our parts.

Kanupriya Mody – Art Therapist

Early on, Kanupriya discovered that art can articulate what words often leave unspoken. This realisation set her on a journey to explore creative expression as a tool for transformation.
Kanupriya Mody (AThR) is a licensed Art Therapist, offering psychodynamic art psychotherapy, through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred lens. Her work integrates art-making with somatic awareness and psycho-spiritual approaches.
She has had the honour of journeying alongside displaced families, children navigating medical challenges and non-accidental injuries, and women in the perinatal and maternal health space, including those with high-risk pregnancies. These experiences have deepened her commitment to being a compassionate and supportive presence and create spaces where each person’s pace, voice, and story are honoured.
Outside her clinical work, in her personal art practice, she explores themes of identity and works with a variety of mediums, including clay, textiles, pastels, and stained glass. She is also drawn to a “soil to studio” approach, harvesting natural materials to build her artist’s toolbox, grounding her work in the rhythms of the earth.

The R&R course deepened her understanding of the body not only as a vessel that holds trauma, but also as a powerful site for healing and reconnection. It has enriched her ability to integrate somatic approaches into her work, creating a space where clients can gently reconnect with their own resilience.
Katia Perez Fuentes – Integrative Astrologer

KPF is an Integrative Astrologer for creatives & visionaries, guiding people to embody their Celestial Design. Their practice supports non-traditional leaders, change makers, and cycle breakers through identity shifts and meaningful healing.
I’m a creative facilitator helping people pivot toward self-actualization. With over a decade of experience in the arts, media, and advocacy, I bring psychospiritual sessions that are culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and led by intersectional frameworks. I honor curanderismo approaches from Indigenous wisdom and work with neuroplasticity as a certified hypnosis practitioner. My specialties in astrology include natal, predictive, locational, electional, evolutionary, and divinatory charts, rooted in traditional Western foundations and shaped by both medieval history and contemporary advances.
In sessions, people often reveal truths that resurface impacts of sexual violence, interpersonal abuse, or complex trauma. I’m here to gently confront experiences that keep clients from living out their dreams.
We rescript through somatics, replacing tension with catalysts for growth. We explore depth to provoke clarity and build emotional resilience. Working with me is a mirror to help you witness the unseen with compassion and empathy. I’ll help you name misalignments and move through discomfort from a non-judgmental lens. Together we’ll illuminate shadows as they appear and transform them into allies.

The R&R training deepened my ability with somatic and relational approaches in my work, while expanding how I support clients navigating intimacy, sexual trauma, abuse, and repair. Neha’s frameworks offered tools that honor complexity while creating clear pathways for sustainable healing.
I am grateful for the experience to become more consciously skilled in trauma-informed practices, alongside a trusted community of fellow healers.
Lovina Raymond – Coach

Lovina is a trauma-informed wellbeing coach who supports people experiencing burnout, navigating identity shifts like motherhood or neurodivergence, or going through major life changes like starting over in a new city or country.
She creates a calm space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build emotional resilience at their own pace. Her approach is friendly and client-led, offering gentle support to help people feel more grounded and in control.
Lovina combines her practical trauma informed practitioners training and her corporate experience in India and the UK, with her own lived experience with complex trauma and the ups and downs of motherhood. This gives her deep insight into how trauma, life transitions, and sensory or emotional overload can affect everyday life, especially for women, mothers, and neurodivergent individuals.
In her 1:1 coaching sessions, she uses practical tools to help regulate the nervous system, along with somatic grounding, reflective conversation, and journaling. Everything is tailored to the client’s needs and energy, helping them come out of survival mode and into a steadier, more self-trusting place.

The Restoration and Resilience course with Neha gave me in depth knowledge of the impact of trauma on the mind and body, and hands-on experience in the realities of working with individuals impacted by it.
It also connected me to an incredible network of therapists, coaches, and healers.
Ritika Jain – Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Ritika, a psychotherapist based in Mumbai, working with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns — from the stresses of daily life to more complex clinical challenges. While not all my clients have a formal diagnosis, I also collaborate with a psychiatrist to support those living with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and borderline personality disorder.
My approach is integrative, drawing from Gestalt, CBT, DBT, relational therapy, and frameworks rooted in healing and integration. I’m deeply drawn to somatic practices, exploring how emotions live in the body and what shifts occur when we begin to notice, stay with, and understand those sensations.
My work with couples extends beyond romantic partners to include mother–daughter pairs, twin sisters, close friends, and others navigating important relationships. It’s moving to witness the healing that unfolds when two people choose to show up differently — together.
I also facilitate experiential workshops that help people build emotional awareness, shift inner states, and guide parents to reconnect with their instincts, identify what works for their family, and rebuild self-trust. Whether in therapy or workshops, my intention is to create spaces where people feel seen, safe, and whole — within themselves and in their relationships.

Simran N Chandnani – Coach

I’m Simran, founder of In Finite Spaces | An Intimacy Initiative and a certified Professional Cuddler, Intimacy Coach, and Coordinator.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental, trauma-informed space for people to explore their relationship with themselves and others through care, conversations, and touch.
They say, “We are always with someone, even if it is only our shadow. We are never one—we are always we.” Yet building meaningful connections without compromising ourselves can be difficult. Staying deeply connected to oneself can feel even harder. Our conditioning, education, and social structures often reinforce the world outside of us, while neglecting the one within.
As we learn to listen to the body’s way of speaking and make space for more parts of ourselves, we start to respond with compassion, patience, and love, rather than fear, guilt, shame, judgment, or criticism; thereby expanding our capacity for connection, regulation, and resilience.
I believe in the power of communal spaces to offer support and hold our curiosity, creativity, and complexities with compassion. For what’s deeply personal is often what’s collectively shared.
Together, we can repair our way back to connection in ways that honour both our boundaries and expansiveness—the intimate and the infinite.

Titir Dewan – Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Titir —a psychotherapist, space-holder drawn to the intersection of trauma healing, queerness, relational repair, and body wisdom.
Drawing from a psychodynamic and relational approach, I support individuals navigating sexual trauma, intimacy challenges, identity exploration, and inner child healing- especially those who’ve felt unseen or disconnected and those whose experiences have been marginalized or misunderstood.
My practice integrates mindfulness, somatic therapy, CBT and art-based practices to help people reconnect with themselves—not just cognitively, but emotionally and viscerally. I believe healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken, but from gently reclaiming safety, pleasure, and authenticity-in the body, in relationships, and in the self.My approach is both insightful and embodied, inviting all parts of you—messy, angry, guarded, soft, fierce—to be held with care, curiosity, and compassion.
Therapy with me unfolds slowly, in a relationship grounded in presence, deep listening, and mutual respect. It’s a space where you don’t have to perform or protect—where being fully seen- not for who you should be, but for who you already are. This space is queer-affirming, sex-positive, trauma-informed, creative, and relationally attuned. You are welcome here, just as you are.

Tulsi Mehrotra Menon – Somatic Healer

I am an anthropologist and trauma-informed somatic healer, walking the path of resilience and holding space for others to come home to themselves. My work is rooted in lived experience – a journey of learning to love myself, cultivating inner safety, and reclaiming a sense of comfort and belonging in my body.
I draw from multiple modalities – anthropology, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and touch – to support people in gently peeling back the layers of who they’ve been told to be and loosening what no longer feels true, so they can reconnect with the version of themselves they’re ready to bring forward.
Coming Home to You is a guided journey into this unfolding -an invitation to return to your body, your breath, your story, and your strength.
I believe in grounded, tender work – held with care, curiosity, and compassion. I am here to witness your becoming, reflect your truth, and remind you that coming home to yourself isn’t just possible – it’s powerful.

Vaishali Ganesan – Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I am Vaishali Ganesan.
I’m a Clinical Social Worker based out of Chennai working with Individuals, couples and families navigating through emotional difficulties, childhood trauma, relationship concerns (within couples & families) and personal growth.
My work draws concepts from DBT, CBT, Gestalt, Family Theories and Structural theories to understand the impact of individual psyche and the cultural, emotional background they have been brought up with. I consider this essential to decolonise, integrate conventional and modern takes on life, happiness, relationships and to understand how an individual perceives the world around them.
My work also focuses on helping individuals go within to understand their emotions, body and cognition with compassion and gentleness. I believe change begins from within and it is where most answers are hidden. As we deeply explore all quarters of ourselves with nurturing eyes, the space within expands beyond measures.
I believe when people are invited into therapeutic space with integrity, compassion, acceptance magic begins to unfold.

This course helped me to integrate my psychosomatic self, cognitive training and the spiritual being to bring a wholesome ring to my practice- from helping me understand my inner depths and shadows to build my bubble more resilient. Understanding the shadows of a healer is so much potent in shaping themselves as a professional and this course is one of the best to go deeper.
Neha’s guidance in allowing the students to take leadership over their training is one of the precious and most valuable teachings I have received in a mentor. This training held a sacred space for us to free flow into our deeper selves and create meaningful community among the professionals. Thank you Neha for doing what you do <3

Yasotha Krishna Das – somatic healer

I am Yasotha, founder and principal of Blue Lotus Academy—a space where the noise of the world softens and the truth of who you are begins to speak. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, majoring in Social Work and Anthropology, and bring over 24 years of my own journey through meditation, self-inquiry, and lived experience, along with years in the corporate world, into the way I guide others into the depth of their being.
I work with people across the globe—online and in person meeting them where they are, without labels, templates, or imposed definitions. Every soul has its own rhythm, its own truth. My work is to help you hear it, trust it, and live it.
Through trauma-informed, person-centred processes, I weave meditation, mindfulness, psycho-spiritual exploration, and existential understanding into an inner work journey that is both practical and sacred. Drawing from the timeless wisdom of Eastern and Western masters and the clarity of modern science, I help you return to a place of stability, health, authenticity, and liberation.
This is not surface change, it is the alchemy of the self. The courage to see what has been hidden. The willingness to meet your own truth. The awakening that allows you to live with depth, joy, and freedom. Here, we do real work. We witness real shifts. And we remember what it means to be fully alive and human.
