FIND A recommended THERAPIST
sexual-trauma informed Therapists, counsellors and healing practitioners in India and internationally, recommended by neha bhat
Finding the right person to work with can take time—particularly when you are seeking support around sexual trauma, sexuality, intimacy, relationships, shame, the body, identity or other experiences that can be difficult to speak about openly.
Neha Bhat’s long-term 1:1 psychotherapy practice currently remains fully booked.
For those seeking ongoing therapeutic support, this page offers several pathways towards finding a practitioner, including professionals who have trained with Neha through Sacred Resilience®, independently recommended therapists and practitioners, and additional mental-health directories.
This is a curated starting point rather than an assurance of individual therapeutic fit. We encourage you to speak with a prospective practitioner directly about their training, approach, scope of practice, fees and whether their way of working feels appropriate for what you are seeking.

HOW TO CHOOSE A THERAPIST
Credentials matter. So does relationship.
A therapist may be highly trained and still not be the right person for you. It can be useful to approach an initial conversation as an opportunity for both you and the practitioner to understand whether working together makes sense.
You might ask:
What experience do you have with what I am bringing?
If you are seeking support around sexual trauma, sexuality, relationships or another specialised area, ask directly about relevant training and experience.
What is your approach to therapy or healing?
Different practitioners work differently. Some approaches are primarily conversational; others may incorporate the body, creative processes, relational work or structured psychological frameworks.
What are your qualifications and scope of practice?
Terms such as therapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, coach, somatic practitioner and healer can describe very different forms of training and professional responsibility.
How do you work with boundaries and confidentiality?
You are allowed to ask how communication, records, cancellations, between-session contact and confidentiality are handled.
What happens if this does not feel like the right fit?
A responsible practitioner should be able to have a conversation about fit, referrals and ending the work.
And beyond these questions, notice your own experience.
You do not need to feel immediately comfortable or disclose everything in a first meeting. But over time, good therapeutic work should allow room for curiosity, consent, disagreement, boundaries and increasing psychological safety.
SEEKING SPECIALISED WORK WITH NEHA?
For people bringing a specific complex question or experience that has remained difficult to name, untangle or address elsewhere, Neha offers a limited number of Master Consultations.
The Master Consultation is an extended 2–2.5 hour focused 1:1 intensive drawing upon Neha’s specialisation in sexual trauma, sexuality, intimacy, relationships, shame, embodied psychology and depth-oriented practice.
It does not require entering an ongoing therapeutic relationship and is not intended as a replacement for longer-term psychotherapy when ongoing care is needed.

A NOTE ON THIS DIRECTORY
Practitioners listed on this page operate independently unless explicitly identified as members of the Sacred Resilience® team.
Inclusion in this directory should not be understood as a guarantee of therapeutic outcomes or as ongoing clinical supervision by Neha Bhat or Sacred Resilience®.
Training with Sacred Resilience® also does not replace the professional qualifications, licences or registrations required for an individual practitioner’s particular scope of practice.
Please enquire directly with individual practitioners regarding their qualifications, availability, fees, confidentiality policies and professional scope before beginning work.
If you are experiencing an immediate mental-health or medical emergency, please contact appropriate emergency or crisis services in your location rather than relying on this directory or website.
