Who is this Training For?
Restoration & Resilience® is Sacred Resilience®’s flagship advanced training and certification programme in sexual trauma therapy, somatic healing and depth-oriented practice, designed and led by licensed arts-based sex and trauma psychotherapist Neha Bhat, ABT, ATR-P.
Open to practitioners all over the world, this 60-hour professional training is designed for psychotherapists, psychologists, doctors, counsellors, expressive arts and somatic practitioners, and other professionals whose work brings them into contact with sexual trauma, sexuality, intimacy and relational healing.
The programme brings together sexual trauma therapy, somatic psychology, expressive arts therapies, attachment and relational theory, sexuality, cultural inquiry and depth psychology to develop practitioners capable of meeting trauma with greater clinical discernment, embodied presence and ethical responsibility.
The programme is particularly suited to practitioners who want to:
- learn within a community committed to humility, reflection and continued growth

What you will develop as a practitioner
Upon completion of this intensive training, Practitioners often:

INVESTMENT
₹1,80,000 INR for participants based in India
or US$2,000 for participants based outside India
Payment may be made in multiple installments following acceptance into the programme.
The investment includes an 8 month journey with:
- 16 live training sessions
- Two intensive 1:1 goal conversations with Neha & Faculty throughout the program
- approximately 60 hours of professional education
- training materials and clinical assignments
- case discussions and guest faculty sessions
- group clinical supervision
- professional practice mentorship
- access to the Sacred Resilience® practitioner community
- in-person graduation and Healers’ Retreat programming*
- opportunities to work with the Sacred Resilience Collective and Neha Bhat globally
*Travel and accommodation for the in-person component are self-funded unless otherwise specified. Because the programme is cohort-based and teaching is adapted to the group, fees are non-refundable following the stated enrollment deadline.
Full participation and attendance requirements are shared with accepted applicants before enrollment.
