🩷It’s wild to watch a language you once had to fight to speak… become fluent everywhere. I feel old, happy and cautiously optimistic when I open Instagram.
Trauma-informed, Sex-positive. Nervous system aware.
Important, necessary, and long overdue.
And also, now teachable.
Which means a lot of what once lived at the edge is becoming structured, named, and easier to hold.
But here’s the part we don’t say out loud:
Awareness is not the same as transformation.
You can understand your patterns, name your trauma, speak your truth beautifully…
and still find your body repeating the same dynamics.
Because real shifts don’t only come from insight.
They come from moments where something deeper reorganizes:
— how you hold power
— what you allow
— what you actually desire (not what you’ve learned to say you desire)
That work isn’t always neat.
It doesn’t always feel safe in the conventional sense. And it definitely doesn’t fit cleanly into language.
I’m less interested in being part of what’s now easily named. I’m interested in the layer underneath it :
where your body stops performing healing,
and starts living differently.
Not everyone is looking for that.
But if you are, you already know.
